Job Description:

Loyalty Collision in Williamsburg is part of the fast growing Loyalty Automotive Group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. To help manage our growing business in Williamsburg, we’re looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our team.

Job Description

Assist customers through the repair process - on the phone and in person - and perform administrative support to the collision repair center’s daily operations including: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage walk-in customers and phone inquiries 
  • Help schedule repairs and prepare estimates as needed
  • Effectively communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
  • Assist with drop-offs, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork
  • Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

For this position, experience in a customer service role is required and automotive experience is a plus. Skills required include: 

  • Exceptional customer service and the ability to effectively deal with customers 
  • Team player with strong communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
